Karyn has performed live, on-camera, and behind the microphone for over 30 years. As a voice actor, she has voiced animation, e-learning, corporate, telephony, documentary, commercials, audiobooks, video games, ADR/looping, videos, radio, podcasts, and more.
She is a recipient of the prestigious Earphones Award for narration, as well as a nominee for multiple Audie Awards. She specializes in “real-people” characters, accents and dialects, and she’s a cracking good improviser (she’s funny too!).
Karyn is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, holds a BA in English literature, and is a master of Improvisation Technique.
Clients trust her distinctive ability to bring honest humanity to every character she voices and to captivate listeners with compelling emotion. She has wowed audiences in New England, Germany, Los Angeles, and Portland, Oregon (where she currently resides).
Karyn is a proud member of World-Voices Organization, Actors’ Equity, Women in Animation, and the Oregon Media Producers Organization.
