Helen heads to the Fringe

29th Aug 2018

Helen is just back from a successful show at the Fringe. Her new stand-up show meant she had a busy Edinburgh.

As one of the country’s most loved comedic actresses, best known for roles in Ab Fab, Bottom and The Young Ones and as the girl at the bar in Naked Video.

Fresh from her appearance in ITV’s The Real Full Monty; Ladies Night, raising awareness for breast cancer, and hot on the heels of the ‘staycation’ in the Celebrity Big Brother House, Helen made a long overdue return to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with her One Woman Show.

The self-appointed ‘supply teacher of comedy’ is determined to challenge herself after a 14-year break from stand up.

Known for her unique wit and observational humour, Helen feels it’s time to spill the beans before she forgets everything and starts fibbing.

Look out for her memoir ‘Secret and Thighs’ looking back at her crazy life.
