Jodie’s business Armore was established in 1994 in Australia, and was highly successful in the ‘Australian Business Achiever Awards’ and also won the bid for the preferred training organisation for the Sydney Olympics retail division.

Jodie is currently writing her first book on the psychology of consumerism. Most recently, Jodie was privileged to judge at the UK National Customer Service Awards.
